About the role

Demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. The person has to be skilled in Understanding client’s requirements, Strategic Planning, Consulting to the clients for the best approach, closing the deal and handing it over to the technical team. Your role is to hunt down opportunities, slay objections with charm, and lead us to victory in the realm of digital commerce.

Experience Required

Minimum 2+ year experience required

Responsibilities

  • Web technologies (website design, web development, PHP, Open Source) are well understood.
  • Examine the incoming and outbound lead requirements from a business perspective. analysing consumer demands and doing market research to find potential markets.
  • Locate, qualify, and contact prospects using various sales methods,Planning, tactics, and strategies for short- and long-term sales, Interacting with clients to collect requirements, design, and document.
  • Supervise the analysis, validation, and verification of requirements, making sure that the requirement statements are comprehensive, consistent, brief, understandable, traceable, practical, unambiguous, and verifiable.
  • Making cost estimates and putting together proposals, quotes, etc.
  • Managing the negotiation-related activities
  • Building strong relationships while taking into account the various demands and points of view of clients.
  • Delivering project plan documentation, project initiation documentation, user stories, use cases, process flows, SRS, and FRS documents, among other artefacts.
  • Ongoing business relationships with all customers to facilitate cross- and up-selling.
  • Identifying and discussing potential hazards and solutions with Determine and hone the client's needs in order to provide the best course of action utilising internal and external technological solutions.
  • Work together with the process teams, QA, developers, and Project managers (PM) to achieve the intended outcome.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and the developers to effectively convey requirements, strategy, road maps, and solutions.
  • Keep in constant contact with important stakeholders while managing projects and internal and external expectations.
  • Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with the goals of the team or organisation.
